Congratulations Dr. Wayne Atchley and Dr. David Frazier.  Both earned tenure and were promoted to Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Sciences at Tarleton State University.  Dr. Atchley in the lead faculty member of the university Agricultural Communication program and Dr. Frazier is the lead faculty member of the Agricultural Education program.
