Call for Abstracts 
Manuscripts must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. (Central Standard Time) on October 15 to be eligible for review. Note: All submission and the blind review process will be completed electronically. Please pay close attention to the guidelines in the call because we have switched to the new PKP^TM submission system. Manuscripts can be submitted electronically as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or. docx) manuscript via PKPTM at https://jae.sfulib4.publicknowledgeproject.org/index.php/jae/

Call for Posters 
Poster narrative proposals are due no later than 11:59 (CDT) Monday, October 30, 2023. Proposals must be submitted using the online form available here: http://aaae.agedweb.org/. Authors will be notified regarding poster acceptance in early December.

Call for Award Nominations- coming soon

To help ensure that we have members being recognized in all categories, if you are planning on nominating yourself or a colleague for an award, please email Kristin Stair at kstair@lsu.edu by 11:59PM on Friday, October 27, 2023 and indicate the name of the person you are nominating and which category you are nominating them for.  While this does not have to be completed in order to apply, it will give us a better idea of which categories need additional applicants.

• Outstanding Teacher
