NOTE: Room rates are based on the number of people per suite. The following rates do not include state and local taxes, fees, and assessments. In addition to sales tax, there is a hotel occupancy tax of approximately 17%.

A shuttle is available from the San Antonio airport to the hotel – phone number is 210-281-9900.
The hotel suggests that a taxi may be cheaper if more than two people are traveling together.
Tour of James Madison Agriscience Magnet Program—
Be part of an exciting tour on Tuesday morning, May 19th. Visit one of the largest agricultural science programs in Texas with over 700 FFA members, James Madison has seven teachers, a program director, and a farm manager working together to create a phenomenal agricultural opportunity for students in urban San Antonio. James Madison features a new, multi-million dollar teaching facility for floral, food science, agricultural mechanics, animal science and a general store. An excellent staff and numerous agricultural opportunities provide the backdrop for our tour. Come see one of the premiere agricultural science programs in the state of Texas! Transportation to/from the hotel and lunch are included. The tour bus will leave from the main entrance of the Embassy Suites Hotel at 8:30 and return by noon. Cost: $35.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Roger Tormoehlen, AAAE Treasurer.
